Company Reorganisational Announcement

The Board of Safehold Ltd have approved and executed a stock transfer agreement on August 4th with cofounder Neil Hosken. Based on this agreement Neil will no longer have an active role in Safehold Ltd, but he will continue to support the company as a vendor of goods and services.

Neil has been a valued and important part of the Safehold journey, we are grateful to Neil and his team for being instrumental in building our operational success to date. Neil will now spend his time focused on his other business activities and his passion for all things Cricket! We wish Neil and his team who are currently co-shared between the previous “Group” structure every success in their future endeavours.

Based on the agreement executed on August 4th, Oliver Auston, CEO is now the sole shareholder in Safehold Ltd. Safehold Ltd will continue to operate from the existing Sheerness facility while the leadership team explore relocation opportunities and our day-to-day sales and operations remain unchanged.
