Established in 2021 by Texora SIA, Texora UK operates out of a 10,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Dundee, Scotland. They produce a range of high-quality lifting and safety equipment, including polyester roundslings, the unique COMPACTTM sling, and MAMBATM slings.
This exciting new partnership will give customers greater access and support for Texora’s unique products, while also providing Safehold Ltd with a strategic location to support both existing and new Scottish customers.
Texora will enhance Safehold’s UK manufacturing base and complement its existing capabilities from its head office in Sittingbourne, Kent. Texora UK will continue to receive support in raw materials supply and larger-scale manufacturing from Texora SIA in Latvia. This unique partnership and group trading agreement will help us expand our European footprint and mitigate the impact of overseas supply chain vulnerabilities.
As we integrate the businesses, customers may see a mix of Safehold and Texora branded products. However, all products will meet the same technical specifications and be backed by the same warranty and product liability. There will be no changes in how customers currently purchase from Texora or Safehold. Further updates will follow.
We anticipate the agreement to be finalised by the end of June 2024.
