Our training centre is situated in a modern industrial complex in Sittingbourne Kent, close to rail links, major road networks and withing 30 minutes of the M25 motorway.
Our purpose-built training centre has been designed and built with our suite of courses in mind, to provide our delegates with realistic training scenarios.
All of our instructors hold instructional qualifications with many years of industry relevant experience for the module being delivered.
The safehold Training Team have a vast amount of experience in diverse environments including the emergency services, industrial rope access, mountaineering, adventure activities, the armed forces, industrial rescue and more! Our passion is providing the highest standards of training and advice possible.
Barry Phillips TInSTR
With a background in Engineering, Rope Access and rescue and military service, with a good understand of operating at height in difficult environments with tools and equipment. Barry holds a Diploma in specialist rescue, with nine years of experience leading cable car rescue teams.
Phil Rashbrook
Served a long career in the Royal Marines, including 16 years as a mountain leader. He has extensive knowledge of technical rescue and rigging and specialises in work at height and rescue training.
Luke Harrison
Currently serving as a fulltime Firefighter and first responder with Kent fire Brigade, specialising in confined space and first aid training and holding many years of Instructional experience in work at height and rescue.
Lorraine Dawson
Specialising in first aid, with 13 years frontline ambulance technician experience, with London Ambulance Service. Holding BTEC level 3 in emergency treatment body system and medicine CPR BLS.
